Speciality Monklets
Button Monklet - Campus Link
This custom button setup uses the “Button Monklet – Campus Link” monklet and a link list. See "Give Button" link list for an example.
Each link list should only have one level 1 entry, and this will serve as the fallback. The second level/child links should be campus entries and match the group name exactly. The link in each item is for the campus button link.
- If the “Button Text” field is used, that will be the text for the button. If left blank then the text “Learn More” is used.
- If the "Campus Button Color" field is used, that will be the color for the button. If this field is left blank, the default button color will be used
You can see an example at the top of your style guide page: https://www.ctk.church/styleguide/. You can also use this same monklet/list list setup for other buttons where you want to use this same functionality.
Staff Monklet
The "Staff Monklet" can be inserted into the content area of a page to display a list of staff members. This monklet uses the group "Staff" and will display all members assigned to this group.
Gallery Monklet
The "Gallery Monklet" can be inserted into the content area of a page to display a specific photo gallery. Galleries are setup under Media > Galleries.
After you insert the monklet you will use the "find_gallery" parameter to define which gallery to use. The name of the gallery should be in slug format, which is the gallery name in lowercase with dashes in place of spaces.
eg. using the gallery labeled "Photo Gallery 1": {{gallery-monklet|find_gallery="photo-gallery-1"}}
NOTE: the custom GALLERY TITLE field controls the title displayed with the monklet.

Newsletter Sign Up
The monklet "Newsletter Sign Up" will display the newsletter sign form. When completed the user will be assigned to the "Newsletter" group and will be taken to the "/mailing-list" page.
NOTE - The "Home - Newsletter" section on the home page displays a two column layout from the grid generator with normal text in the left column and the newsletter monklet in the right column. See more about the creating responsive columns here.
