Subpage Sections

Overview

Both subpage templates allow up to 9 fullwidth content sections. Each section can contain text, images, etc., and then added to a page under the "Sections" area of your page settings.

The "subpage default" template also has 5 sidebar sections available.

Managing Sections

Go to Content > Sections

Categories

Within the sections module, the following categories are available:

50/50 Section - this option needs to be selected to display the content and image side by side. The default setup will show an image on the left and text on the right.

50/50 Section - Image Right - Same as the 50/50 section option above, but the image will display on the right and text on the left

Featured Section - will display a styled text box on the left with a cutout image on the right

Custom Fields

Within the sections module, the following fields are used:

Content - This is the main content block and supports the content/styles of the page content.

Background Color - This color allows you to set the background color of the section and should be a html hex value.  A good reference is https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_picker.asp.

Background Image - This serves as the section background image.  This image should be 2,200px in width, while the height will depend on the amount of content in the section.  A recommended height would be between 600px and 1,200px (double for retina).

Dark Background - Selecting this checkbox displays the content in white color on top of the site default section background color or dark background image.

Disable Section Border - removes the colored border from a section

Featured Section Video - when used in conjunction with the "Featured Section" category, an embedded video will display in place of an image

Parallax Background - This option turns the Background Image into a parallax background that remains static as the user scrolls vertically.
