Displays church contact information from the church entry assigned to the group "Default Church". The following fields are used: 

• Name
• Worship Address
• Telephone

Content > Link List > Footer Links

This link list controls the buttons under the church address.  Icon classes are optional.

Content > Link Lists > "Social Links"

Content > Sections > "Footer"

Displays above the social icons.  Currently the monklet "Newsletter Sign Up" is used and when users submit their email address are added to the people group "Newsletter".
