Changes the accent color site wide. The two items in the list link should stay as is (Default and Hover), and the hex value can be changed in the "description" field of each item. 

Each page has a custom field called "Highlight Color", which can be used to change the accent color per page. A hex color value must be used in this field. For any links, the hover state will show a lighter version of the custom color. However, you can specify a custom hover by appending a second hex code after a comma. EX: #000000,#ffffff . The first hex code is for the highlight color, and the second is for the hover color.

You can also change the accent color for a specific section by using the "Highlight Color" field. The same notes apply as for this custom field in the pages module.
