The home page works the same as the "Subpage Fullwidth Sections" with the addition of featured content in the header area.

This feature uses two different sections. If a user is visiting the site for the first time the section "Home Smart - Welcome New" is used. If the user has visited before the section "Home Smart - Welcome" is used.

These sections support subpage styles, multi-columns, etc.

NOTE - The site uses cookies to determine if a user is a repeat visitor. If a user deletes their cookies or has them blocked the new section will display by default.
