Each item that shows up in the list is created in the Articles module. Each column in the table is driven by categories set in the Articles module.

The first column is the Name of the article. The second column will show all categories it is tagged with under "Degree Type". The third column will show all categories it's tagged with under "Study Type". And the fourth column will show all categories it's tagged with under "Department Name".

The dropdown at the top shows the categories under "Filter Categories". Tag each article with the filters you want it to appear under.
