This is driven by sections. You can move around the sections and re-order them however you like:

For the Membership, Baptist, etc links in the middle of the page, you can edit these using the “next steps links monklet” and tell it which link list to find (to edit the content you can edit this in the link list):

For the other sections, you can add images, content, etc. within the section, and then use the corresponding monklet that tells it which event to display:
