You can control the navigation for this site by using the ChildrenTest branch in the navigation module.

If you would like to rename the "ChildrenTest" top branch in the navigation then we will need to update the code so that it continues to show up properly on the subsite and not show on the main site. Please let us know and we can change this for you. The branches below it can be renamed and adjusted however you like.
