Home Page
Countdown
If an upcoming event is assigned to the "Live Event" category a countdown feature will display in the billboard area of the home page. You can add the "Live Event" category to as many events as you want and it will countdown to whichever the next upcoming event is and display the "live now" language while the event is taking place. For help on adding events, visit our help article here.
To edit the content for the countdown link, you will go to Content > Link Lists > "Countdown" in the CMS.
This list should only contain a single link and controls the link for the countdown button when live.
Alert Header
Content > Link Lists > "Alert Header"
Creating a link for this list and placing text inside the description field will display an alert in the header. This option also supports the link field that turns the alert header bar into a link.
To disable the alert bar, delete the item from the "Alert Header" link list. The list itself can remain in place.
Alert Lightbox
There is a rotator titled "Alert Lightbox" which you can edit by going to Media > Rotators > Alert Lightbox. You can add an image and caption by adding a slide.
Note: Only one slide should be used at one time.
You can schedule when the slide is set to publish or draft by using the publishing feature at the bottom
If you'd like to add styles, buttons, or any other WYSIWYG content, you will need to use a section in addition to the rotator slide. Here are the steps to do this:
- Create a section with whatever information you'd like displayed in the alert by going to Content > Sections > Add a new section
- Add the rotator slide, and in the "Caption" field you will type the slug of the section name in curly brackets. Ex: if your section is titled "Alert Lightbox" it would be {{alert-lightbox}}
You also have the option to set the background color for the alert. There are two fields in the slide called "Background Color (Alert)" and "Dark Background (Alert)". The background color field uses a hex code and the dark background field will flip the text to white for use over a dark colored background.
