You have an alert pop up that will display each time a user lands on your site. You can edit the content for this alert by going to Content > Sections > Alert in the CMS. The image will display from the "background image" field and the content displays from the "content" field.

*NOTE: To turn off the alert, check the "hide popup" button in the section.
