Custom Tailored UX Homepage Section
You have a custom homepage section that tailors homepage content to a specific audience. This section is controlled by the linklist (Content > Link Lists) 'Home - Featured Items', 3 different sections (Content > Sections) and adding blogs, articles, and events into corresponding Groups.
Home - Featured Items
The linklist Home - Featured Items controls the image and icon displayed on your homepage for all 3 items. You can upload a new image or assign a new icon.
You can find a list of icons that come with your theme at http://mk033.monkpreview.com/_assets/fonts/icons/
The Audience Group and Section control the content this area calls on. Please don't edit these parts of the linklist.
Audience Sections
The content that appears after you click on one of the 3 audience options are controlled by 3 sections.
These sections are called Audience - Teacher, Audience - Parent, Audience - School Administrator
You can edit the text, create buttons, or edit where things link in Content > Sections > Audience - School Administrator
Specialized Content
You can publish events, articles, or blogs to certain groups. Once a user clicks on one of the 3 audiences, the events, articles, and blogs on the homepage will change to feature content from the specific group.
Events
On the publish tab of individual events, you can add events to a Group
Articles
On the publish page of individual articles, you can add articles to Groups
Blogs
On the publish page of individual blogs, you can add blogs to Groups
