The CCB Groups Template uses small groups #2 from our layouts site and uses groups populated from Community Church Builder. This template has been assigned to the "Groupfinder 2" page and can be re-named and assigned in then navigation as needed. 

The map auto-populates from any addresses assigned to groups.
