Monklets are predefined code snippets that allow you to bring in other module content (sermons, events, etc.) into your pages.  There are a few monklets that have been created that are placed in the content area of your full width sections.

You can use a monklet inside a section by placing your cursor in the content area, selecting Insert > Insert Monklet > "Desired Monklet".

Some monklets allow/require inline parameters to be passed to define items from a specific group, category, etc.  http://help.monkcms.com/article/using-monklets/ and https://help.ekklesia360.com/article/using-inline-parameters/ provides details on using these parameters.

*NOTE - Monklets defined with "Section Monklet" in the title can be inserted in the page content area or the content area of a section.  Monklets defined with "Sidebar Monklet" are only for your page sidebar sections.

This monklet displays a row of items with an image, title, text and link. The content pulls from a link list (Content > Link Lists), and you can manually rotate through the images one at a time. The images will display square and each should be the same size.

When setting up your link list, the following fields are used:

• Name: displays a title above the description
• Link: controls the link for the title
• Image: controls the image spot. Make sure each image is the same size.
• Description: adds a description below the title
• Button Text: controls the text overlay on the image (optional)
• Icon Class: adds an icon above the text overlay (optional). See a full set of available icons here.

When using this monklet, the "find" parameter needs to be included with the link list title:

Displays the 3 most recent articles published as featured.  You can use the find_category or find_group inline parameter to filter as needed.

Displays the 3 most recent events published as featured.  You can use the find_category or find_group inline parameter to filter as needed.

Displays the 6 most recent events published as featured.  You can use the find_category or find_group inline parameter to filter as needed.

Displays the 4 most recent sermons.  You can use the find_category or find_group inline or find_series parameter to filter as needed.

Displays the 8 most recent sermons.  You can use the find_category or find_group inline or find_series parameter to filter as needed.

The "Gallery Monklet" can be inserted into the content area of a page to display a specific photo gallery.  After you insert the monklet you will use the find_gallery tag to define which gallery to use.
