Small Group Finder #2 (F1)
Your Small Group Finder displays groups directly from Fellowship One and will display all groups marked as "searchable" in F1.
Contact Leader Form on the Group Detail page
When a user clicks the "contact leader" button on the group detail page, a form appears that will email the main leader assigned in Fellowship One. The form will only show if there is a leader email available in F1.
This form is called "Small Group Leader Contact Form" in the CMS and the name cannot be changed. If you want to change the name, please contact our team and we can update the name in the code as well.
You can edit the fields of the form by going to Connect > Forms > Small Group Leader Contact Form > "Form Builder" and adjust the fields there.
*Note: you should NOT delete or edit the following fields in the form:
- Leader Email
- Leader Name
- Group Name
- Group Category
The other fields in the form are fine to change.
You can view the Submissions by going to "Form Submissions" and clicking "Securely export this report" which will provide you a file that can be opened in Excel. The results will include the Group Name and Group category for reporting purposes.
