Just like your main navigation (more here), your School's navigation is set up in the Navigation tab of the Pages module (Content > Pages > Navigation tab).

You have two navigation trees set up: Main and School.

Anything you set up under the Main navigation will appear on the main site. Anything set up under the School navigation will appear on the School site. Please remember to use only pages using School specific templates for pages on the School site.
