The countdown timer at the top of the page will countdown to your next live service. To set the time, you will add an event categorized by "live service."

To edit this, you will go to Events > Events in the CMS. Add a new event (or edit an existing one) and make sure you add the category "live service" to the event:

The countdown timer will then countdown to the start time of whatever the next upcoming event is.

Once the event hits the start time, the countdown timer will switch to a button that says "Watch Live" and links to your livestream page.

You can edit what the Watch Live button says and where it links by going to Content > Link Lists > Countdown. 

The title and link controls the button, and the description controls the text that displays before the countdown.
