You have several additional template options other than your Homepage and Subpage. Instructions for using each template are below.

Notes:

  • Your layout includes the new Interactive Sermon Notes functionality which is not listed in the Setup Guide above.
  • To add fill-in-the-blank notes to your sermon detail page, you will go to "Interactive Note" when Adding a sermon
  • To make a word fill-in-the-blank: highlight the word, and choose "insert/edit answer"
  • To add a free form notes section for additional notes, click in the section where you want to add it and choose "insert free form note"
Livestream #1

Livestream #1 guide can be found at http://setupguides.ekklesia360.com/m/e360_layouts/l/609069-live-stream-1

Notes:

Sermon notes functionality from the Sermons #6 layout has been added.

To have the Interactive Notes display on the Livestream template, you will follow the steps to adding notes to a sermon from Sermons Layout #6 above, and then you will need to tell the livestream template which sermon notes to display.

To do this, you will go to Content > Link Lists > use the link list labeled "Live Stream Sermon" and the first link entry should contain the exact sermon name of the sermon you would like to display notes from.

To remove notes for this template just remove the first link entry.

Ministry #1

Ministry #1 guide can be found at http://setupguides.ekklesia360.com/m/e360_layouts/l/808070-ministry-template-1

Notes

  • The header image and title/header text uses the same approach as the subpages, rather than the approach outlined in the regular ministry template guide above
  • The tabs option uses the snippets outlined in the page style instructions of this guide instead of the approach mentioned in the link above
  • You have a "social media monklet" that can be inserted into the header text area of the page to display specific ministries social media links. You can learn more about using this monklet in the monklet guide here.

Next Steps #1
Missions #1

You have a custom Opportunities section in the Missions template that will display Trips/Opportunities for Highland, Abilene, and the World. This section uses the monklet {{missions-1-layout-trips-list-custom}} and this monklet will only work on this template. All Trips and Opportunities need to entered using the Events module:

  • There are 3 parent categories: Missions Trips Highland, Missions Trips Abilene, and Missions Trips World.  An event for this monklet MUST have one of these parent categories assigned.  The child categories are optional.
  • There is also an exact matching group name to the parent category. Ex: there is a group "Missions Trips Highland" to match the corresponding parent category.  If you are adding an opportunity to the Highland tab, you will need to create an event and add the parent category Missions Trips Highland and publish it to the group Missions Trips Highland.
