The content for your alert is edited in the link list (Content > Link List) Alert Bar. 

The Name field control's the link text, Link field controls where the alert links out to, Description field controls any extra text you want appearing before the link, Icon Class field assigns an icon (any icon from http://mk036.monkpreview.com/_assets/fonts/font-awesome/)

You can swap out the alert's content anytime you need to!

To turn your alert "on", simply keep the name of the link list as-is - so leave it as Alert Bar.

To turn your alert "off", simply change the name of the link list - we suggest something like Alert Bar Off. 

In order to turn it back "on", change the name back to Alert Bar whenever you'd like. 

The code for your site searches for a link list Alert Bar, and if found, displays the alert. Changing the name of the section "breaks the code" and therefore removes any alert from appearing.
