The articles template displays a featured rotator at the top with a list of all articles below. The buttons can be used to filter the article list by category, and selecting an item will direct to the detail page will the full article.

Your articles are managed under Content > Articles. The parent category for this layout is titled "Travel News", so any categories you want to show on the layout will need to be listed underneath this parent one.
