Content > Links Lists > "Alert Bar"

The bar will display as long as the link list is titled "Alert Bar". If you add any other text to the title (ie: Off), it will disable the alert.

Within the link list, the following fields are used: name, link, description and icon class. All available icons are listed here: http://mk036.monkpreview.com/_assets/fonts/font-awesome/.
