The "Top Links" appear in the top right of every page.

The "Top Links" are controlled by the "Link List" manager. The "Link List" manager can be found under the "Content" tab in the main navigation.

Find and click the "Link List" titled "Top Links".

To add a new item, click a green "+" on the right side. To edit an existing item, click the pencil icon to the right of the item you want to edit. To delete an existing item, click the trash can icon to the right of the item you want to delete.

Enter the desired name into the "Name" field.

Enter the desired link destination into the "Link" field.

All other fields can be left blank.

Click "Save" to save your changes.

Sort the order of the links by using the arrows to the left. The link at the top of this list, will apear at the far left when it is displayed on the site and the link at the bottom will be displayed at the far right.
