The Mandarin homepage uses the "Subpage Fullwidth - Mandarin" template. This template works the same as your main homepage in regards to the header and section options.

There are two subpage templates available to display for the Mandarin subsite, which will display the separate logo, header, footer, etc.  These two templates work the same as your default subpage templates in regards to the header and section options. 

These are labeled:

• Mandarin - Subpage Default
• Mandarin - Subpage Fullwidth
