Settings > Link Lists > "Icon Bar - Quick Links"

**This is the same link list used for the "Home - Icon Bar" section. Within each item, the name, link and icon class fields are used. 

Within the Footer - Cards section, the monklet labeled "Section Monklet - Listlist Cards" is used the content field.

Within the section, the background color is set to #dde5ed. The "Section Short Padding" category is used to reduce the overall height of this section, and the "Section Wide Container" category is used to extend the section wider than the side width.

The name, link and icon class field are used.
