Alerts
This uses the events module and if there is an active event published to the alerts category they will display on top of the home page.
Home Page Billboard
Content > Link Lists > "Home Random Billboard"
If images are assigned to this link list they will display randomly on the page (on page refresh they will rotator randomly). If not links are associated with this link list the home page header image will be used.
