Subpage - Default

This is the default template that will be in place whenever you create a new page, unless you choose a different template. If the page in question is a "child" of a parent nav item, then a small sub-nav area will appear across the top of the page, showing the current page's immediate siblings.

The default template is quite flexible and can be configured in a number of different ways—let's take a look at the following control options:

Header Image

The page header image can be standard height or short, depending on whether or not you select the "Short Banner" checkbox in the page editor.

Standard Header size: 1680 x 780 pixels

Short Header size: 1680 x 250 pixels

Page Rotator

Instead of a header image, you can also assign an image rotator to any subpage.

Image size: 1680 x 780 pixels

Note: Subpage rotators are just for presenting images—unlike the home page rotator, there is no text-overlay support.

Intro Section

This template can have an optional Intro section at the top, if you specify one in the editor. Intro sections have slightly different text styles than the standard content areas, and they can also be assigned a custom background image (make sure to check the "dark" option when using a darkly-colored image).

Intro sections can also feature a small sidebar, which is added by copying/pasting the following into the "source code" view of the page editor: http://communityofgracelutheran.monkpreview2.com/intro-section-with-sidebar.txt

Note: If a background image is not assigned to an intro section, the section will display with a uniform gray-colored background.

The default subpage features a sidebar which is populated by up to five different sections. Once the desired sections are created, they can be assigned to the sidebar for that page using the page editor. (More info below in the Sidebar Sections chapter.)
