The Campus Selector is managed under Content > Link Lists > "Campus Locations". Clicking on the list list will display a separate item for each dropdown. You can use the up/down arrows to change the order, the "+" icon to add more to the dropdown list, and the pencil icon to edit each one.

Within the items, you can control the name and link for the location dropdowns.
