The Alert Popup is managed under Content > Sections > Alert Popup 1. The content field is a full WYSIWYG editor, so you can add text, images, buttons, links, etc.

If you want to disable the alert popup, this is managed in the Home Template sections: Content > Pages > "Hickory Grove", and the "Alert Popup" section dropdown would need to be changed to "none".
