If an upcoming event is assigned to the "Live Event" category a countdown feature will display in the billboard area of the home page.  

Content > Link Lists > "Countdown"

This list should only contain a single link and controls the link for the countdown button when live.

Content > Link Lists > "Social Links"

The custom icons can be created by entering a custom class in the icon class field.  A full list of available icons can be found at http://gracechurch.monkpreview3.com/_assets/fonts/icons/ (use http://grace.church/_assets/fonts/icons/ when your site goes live).

Content > Link Lists > "Home Alert"

Assigning a link to this link list will display the alert bar on the home page.
