The quick links columns are managed under two links lists (Content > Link Lists):

Quick Links Left and Quick Links Right

Within each link list item, the name and link fields are used.

The copyright link is managed under Content > Link Lists > Copyright Links. The name and link fields are used.

Displays a list of social icons from a  link list: Content > Link List > Social Links. To create an icon link, you will need to enter the name, link and icon class. 

The custom icons are created by entering a custom class in the icon class field.
