The alert bar uses the link list "Alert Bar".  To remove the alert bar you will need to make sure there are no links in the link list.

The links use the link list labeled "Metanav".

The Give button uses the link list labeled "Metanav Button"

If there is an upcoming event published to the event category "Live Event" this area will display the countdown timer to the event.   The event field "Website" can be used to link the live Watch button.  If this field is left empty the link to the livestream template will be used.
