Each entry must have a matching group name and that group must be assigned to the group series "Campuses".  This will allow you to decide which church entries display and allow you to order their display.  The first church/group assigned to the Campuses is the default and that is the phone number that will be displayed.

For the footer, the newsletter sign up in this section is setup as a monklet, which will add the visitor's email address to the "Newsletter" group in the CMS (People > Groups). You can then export the list here.
