For the Livestream #1 template, the countdown timer and "live" version are controlled by events with the "Live Service" category assigned. The timer will countdown to the start time of the next event with this category, then switch to the "live' version at the start time of the event. After the end time has occurred, the layout will switch back to the timer and countdown to the next event. You can also setup recurring events with this category.

Your streaming embed code will need to be added in the source code of the page, and the twitter handle is added in the page "description" field.
