To edit the template: 

Navigate to Templates > Popups > Arbor Popup > click "Edit with Elementor."

This Popup was created as your general popup (ex: The HSM uses it for their Text Message information). To use this Popup, go to Templates > Popups > click "Add New" and then select "Popup," add a name, and then select "My Templates" and select "Arbor Popup." From there you can change the content and then apply it to your link.

1. To edit the Popup itself, click the Settings icon in the bottom left of the Elementor Menu

3. Section Background: Edit Section > Style > Background.
