Settings > Link Lists > "Alert Bar" or "Alert Bar - Off"

This link list is used for the site wide alert above the header. The link list should be labeled "Alert" to turn on and contain a single link entry.

The "description" field is for the alert text. If a url is used, the bar turns into a link, and the button text will display to the right. If an icon class is used the icon will display to the left of the text.

Settings > Link Lists > "Alert Bar - School" or "Alert Bar - School - Off"

This is used for the School subsite only.
