Additional School Templates
Homepage
The School homepage uses the "School - Subpage Fullwidth" template. This template works the same as your main homepage, and all All main site section monklets are supported on this template/page.
Homepage Sections
The following sections are setup for your School homepage:
School - Welcome
This is a freeform content section, so you can add heading, texts, links, etc. to the section content.
School - Tabs
This section is a duplicate of the Parish "Home - Tabs" section.
The "School Core Messaging" link list is used for the tabs, and the following sections are used for the tab content:
- School Welcome - Tab 1
- School Welcome - Tab 2
- School Welcome - Tab 3
School - Selections
This section is a duplicate of the Parish "Home - Visit" section.
The "School - Selection Links" link list is used.
School - Upcoming Events
Events > Events. Uses the "School Events" parent event category
Displays the 3 most recent events.
Within the section, the "find_parent_category" parameter is used to display the upcoming "School Events" only.
ex: {{section-monklet-recent-events-3|find_parent_category="school-events"}}
School - Testimonials
This section is a duplicate of the Parish "Home - Serve" section.
Displays 6 articles from the "School Articles" category.
School - Connect
This section is a duplicate of the Parish "Home - Connect" section.
The "Social Links - School" link list is used.
Subpage Templates
There are two subpage templates available to display for the School subsite, which will display the school logo, header, footer, etc. These two templates work the same as your default subpage templates in regards to the header and section options.
These templates are labeled:
- School - Subpage Default
- School - Subpage Fullwidth
School - Staff #2
People > Members and People > Groups
Groups that you'd like to display on the school staff page need to be assigned to the "Staff Groups School" series.
