The bottom portion of your homepage displays 3 featured images, which are managed under Content > Link Lists > Home - Featured Images. Within the link list, each image will be listed as a separate item. You can use the up/down arrows to reorder the items, the + symbol to add a new one, and the pencil icon to edit each item.

Within each item, you can edit the following fields: name, link, and image.
