1) The header stays fixed at the top of each page, so that it is always viewable as the user scrolls down.

2) The logo links back to the home page from all pages.

3) Navigation - first level items are seperated by " / " and display colors above and below when hovered / selected.  When hovering, a menu will appear below showing 2nd level navigation items.
