The Campus Selector is controlled by the Churches module. You can edit each campus by going to People > Churches in the CMS. 

The order is set in the CMS by going to People > Groups > Series. There is a Series called "Campus Order" where you can order the campuses. In the future, if you add additional campus groups, you will need to add them to the Campus Order series as well to be able to order them.
