The Footer Navigation will display the first and second level items assigned to the navigation tree. To modify this, go to Content > Pages > Navigation.

The address and links are managed under Content > Sections > Footer Address. The text and links are controlled by the "Content" field within the section.

The "sign up for communications" link is managed under Content > Link Lists > Footer Buttons. The "name" and "link" fields can be updated under the "Sign Up for Communications" item.
