This is a duplicate version of your staff layout that will display one series of groups.

People > Groups - create a new series (ie: Deacons and Elders) and assign the groups you want to show as part of that series. 

Content > Pages - setup a new page with the "Staff #3 Template - Single Series" template assigned. In the page description field, enter the series title. Only groups assigned to the respective series will display on the page.
